This is a combination of my recipe for wasabi onigiri and tempura crumbs.

I recommend using freshly fried tempura crumbs instead of buying premade.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1heaped bowlful Hot cooked white rice
  2. 2 tbsp●Tempura crumbs
  3. 1 1/2 tsp●Wasabi paste
  4. 1 tsp●Mentsuyu
  5. 1 tbsp●Sesame seeds
  6. 1Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix the ● ingredients into freshly cooked hot rice. Put salt on your hands and form the rice into onigiri and it's done.

    Tempura crumbs and tiny shrimp onigiri.
