My first recipe on here was a chocolate walnut banana bread. I've made that several times now and wanted to try something different. I altered my original recipe to make this one and this is by far the BEST so far! It was so moist and full of banana flavor. The salted caramel and chocolate morsels were perfect in it.

I'm always looking for a way to vegan-ize common recipes and this mixture is gold. I was surprised how yummy it turned out in comparison to other mixtures I've tried. It wasn't super dense like my other attempts. I like that it was sweet as well (without being overpowering). ☺️
