Microwave Buttered Potato

Just wrapping in plastic wrap before microwaving will cook it unevenly, so in order to properly steam it, I tried wrapping it in a moistened kitchen towel as well.
If you microwave it for too long, you can't go back and fix it, so heat just a bit at first and then heat a little more at a time if it's still too hard.
The amount of time needed will depend on the size of your potatoes. Recipe by cook_hana

Microwaved Soft and Fluffy Potatoes Microwaved Soft and Fluffy Potatoes
I realized that when using the microwave to boil vegetables, adding some water makes them taste better. I just came up with this recipe on the spot.Since these are cooked in the microwave for awhile, rather than using plastic wrap, it's probably better to use a cheap plastic bag from the grocery store. You could also use a microwaveable plastic container with a lid (Tupperware, etc.)If your microwave has a vegetable steaming course, use that. Microwave Potato Tortilla Microwave Potato Tortilla
Sometimes we feel too lazy to prepare certain dishes because of the hassle involved in making them, or because they don't sit well with us due to the excess fat, even though we love them. This might be the case with the potato tortilla, a classic that is a must in our homes, but sometimes we skip making it because we feel lazy or it doesn't sit well with us.With this recipe, we have no excuse. The potato cooks in the microwave in 15 minutes, and we can add onion or not, depending on our taste. The result will surprise you because the potato turns out perfect, not like boiled potato, but with body, and best of all, with hardly any fat. DirectoALaMesaTranslated from Cookpad Spain -
Baked Potatoes with your Microwave and Toaster Oven Baked Potatoes with your Microwave and Toaster Oven
Goes great on a plate with hamburger or steak and some warm vegetables!! So I thought, and thus I made this.Wrap in foil and while they cook in the toaster oven, make, "Colorful 10-Minute Glaze with the Microwave," then you will have 4 hot veggies. Please adjust the time in the microwave so that they are almost done cooking. Ours is 700 W.You can then have them waiting in the toaster oven on standby for when the main course is ready. If you have to wait a long time, increase the amount of time in the toaster oven. When you take them out, they will be very hot, so be careful not to burn yourself. How to Boil Potatoes in the Microwave How to Boil Potatoes in the Microwave
My friend taught me this method. You don't need to throw away any incombustible plastic wrap, so garbage is decreased a little bit.The cooking time will change depending on the size of the potatoes. If they are still somewhat hard after poking with a toothpick, microwave for 30 second intervals until done. They will be really hot right after cooking, so watch your fingers! How to Boil Potatoes in a Microwave How to Boil Potatoes in a Microwave
I wanted to make some potato salad for lunch, so I thought I could make a small amount in a short time using the microwave. Our microwave has a setting for root vegetables, but I played around with it to find out what works best for those without such a setting.I tried out various things, but the amount of time it takes varies. At first, I wrote that it takes about 5 minutes for a 200 g potato, but it ended up a little tough, so I changed it to 3 1/2 minutes for 100 g.
