Fluffy Buns for Hot Dogs 🌭 / Sandwiches or Burgers 🍔
We wanted to make extra special hot dogs in a street food style, but living abroad, it's extremely difficult to find good buns for this purpose. So, I went into the kitchen and made my own buns!!They turned out more than fantastic, fluffy, and exactly how we wanted them, so I'm sharing the recipe with you 🤩I filled them with country sausage, crispy bacon, cheese, caramelized onion, ketchup, and mustard... homemade street food 😁🤪Let's make them!!!P.S.:They can be used however we want and filled with anything we can think of, from patties, sausages, ham and cheese, salads, etc., to hazelnut spread, jam, butter, and honey, etc.In the recipe, I used a combination of all-purpose flour and cake flour. Also, I didn't have fresh milk, so I used condensed milk, which I simply diluted 50-50 with warm water.

Cheddarwurst in a blanket from scratch
Sometimes you may not have access to simple shortcuts to making what you want. Like you may want to use canned biscuits or something similar. I also wanted to do this for anyone anywhere that doesn't have access to some of the shortcuts. I hope this helps. This was my first try at this. It turned out very delicious!

Finnish Coffee Pulla
My grandmother used to make this bread on a regular basis and was known to make it on the spot if anyone dropped by to visit. After my grandmother passed away, my mom and dad, then my sister and I have carried on the tradition. Because it takes a while to make, we have traditionally made it for Christmas each year. We love to eat it warm from the oven, with or without butter. As a child, I remember that we each used a large animal or goat shaped cookie cutter on the dough to make "Joulupukki" for Christmas morning. Don't expect the bread to be light and fluffy. It is a moist rich coffee bread.

Honey whole wheat bread

Baghrir (Moroccan Pancakes with a Thousand Holes)
Baghrir are also known as "thousand-hole pancakes." Thanks to the yeast, they form a series of little holes that make baghrir truly special. In Morocco, they are often served with honey and a good cup of green tea.

Ultra soft Matcha Bread (with Yudane or Tangzhong Method) —— for my friend, Eve
This super soft and fluffy milk bread with nice earthy green tea flavour. The Yudane / Tangzhong (water roux) which is a paste made with flour, water or milk that is added to the bread mixture to bring the perfect texture. There are two ways can be used to make the water roux.🍞 One of them is called Yudane method which mixes bread flour with boiled water or milk to be the roux (paste).🍞 The other one is named Tangzhong method that cooks the flour and water or milk into a paste (roux). Those two kinds of methods will give the bread super soft and light texture, and make the bread stay fresh longer.I add a little Japanese green tea powder in half of the dough. It creates a nice natural , and incredible Matcha flavour! 👍😋In this recipe, l use Tangzhong method.

Hoagie Rolls
Size of roll is up to you. I wanted larger rolls and instead of 18 smaller ones I did 8 larger rolls each about 8-10 ounces each. I made them longer, subroll size. I also made the cut slit on the side not the top. I cut it most of the length of dough so I had top golden brown and slightly domed with a slightly flatter side or bottom. This made a more authentic looking Hoagie roll in my opinion. They turned out great and was perfect for kielbasa with sauerkraut. Would also be great for a chicken parm hero or meatball sub.

Oil-Free Miso Bread with Cake Flour
A user taught me that you can make the best bread using cake flour by not including too many ingredients. Since the gluten content is also low if you add too much to the dough it just weighs it down. So when I thought about cutting down on the extra ingredients I figured I could use whatever I had at home. Checking the fridge I discovered miso, and figured that fermented foods are good for you. That's how this bread came to be.The moisture of the miso varies, so add it carefully while keeping that in mind. This is my personal preference, but since I like the bottom of the bread to have a nice baked color and be crispy, I bake them with that intent. I also like the aroma of the miso. Recipe by Ryouko

Bread Bowls
Used to be able to order chicken stew in a Bread bowl at a restaurant. They no longer sell it, so it was time to make our own. We make our chicken stew in bulk and freeze it in food saver bags. This way we always have hearty stews on hand. Now with the bread bowls, you have 1 less thing to wash. The fact that it is tasty doesn't hurt.
