    Boil the ede and akwu

  2. 2

    Pound the akwu and seive

  3. 3

    Set into fire with the meat and okporoko well wash

  4. 4

    Peeland pound the ede which serve as a thickner

  5. 5

    Then when the mix boil poultry the ede into the boiling pot by cutting them little by little for easy desolving

    Then when it is almost desolved,pour the bitter leaf and allow it to cook more

  7. 7

    Pound pepper and crayfish and pour in the cooking pot

  8. 8

    Add the Maggi,a little salt and ogiri anambra for test

  9. 9

    Cook and cook until everything desolve and mix well also the bitter leaf soft a bit

  10. 10

    Put of the gas and serve in a plate

  11. 11

    You can eat it with fufu or Akpu or garri or Samovita
    But the best to eat the ode onugwu is fuufuu.
