Ingredients

  1. 1 cupyellow Moong Dal
  2. 1 tablespoonRice flour
  3. 1 tablespoonRava
  4. 1chopped onion
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 teaspoonMustard seeds
  7. 2 tablespoonoil
  8. 6-7 Curry leaves
  9. 1 teaspoonEno
  10. 2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  11. 2 green chilli

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soaked moong Dal for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.

    Rinse well and grind with some Salt and green chilli.

    For Tadka : heat oil and add mustard seeds and some curry leaves. Add tadka to ground Dal

    Add Rava rice flour,chopped onion,red chilli powder. Add Eno powder.mix it well.with half cup of water.mix well

    Heat up appe pan and put few oil.and add pour the Dal mixture.cook for 5 to 10 minute on medium flame. for till golden brown

    Serve hot with tomato sauce
