Ingredients

  1. 4The outer leaves of lettuce
  2. 1 tbspSesame oil
  3. 1 cloveGarlic
  4. 3 tbspYakiniku/Japanese BBQ sauce
  5. 1Ground pepper

Cooking Instructions

    At this time of the year, the outer leaves of lettuce are huge and prone to waste.

    Slice the garlic into 1 mm thickness. Wash the outer leaves of lettuce and tear into bite sized pieces.

  3. 3

    Heat a pan with oil, and cook the garlic.

  4. 4

    Add the lettuce and when it mixes with oil, pour yakiniku sauce and sprinkle the pepper quickly just before the lettuce softens. Turn off the heat and it's done.
