Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsMutton
  2. 1Small stick Cinnamon
  3. 2Cardamom
  4. 3Cloves
  5. 1 leavesBay
  6. 5Black peppers
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 1 tbsDahi
  9. 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  10. 1/2red chilli powder
  11. 1/2turmeric powder
  12. 1/2coriander powder
  13. 1/2Garam masala powder
  14. 1/2cumin powder
  15. 2 tbsmustard oil
  16. Sliced onion
  17. 2Dry red chilli

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the mutton with all the above-mentioned ingredients (except red chilli and sliced onions) keep it aside for 30mins.

    In a pan add oil let it heat for sometime then add dry red chilies along with sliced onion sauté till the onion becomes golden brown.

    Next add the marinated mutton,cook by adding little water and cover the lid let the water get soaked when it starts becoming dry, again add water and cook till the mutton is completely cooked. (you can keep the lid opened for the water to evaporate and the texture to become dry). Do not burn the mutton see to it the mutton gets tender and ready to it before garnishing.

    Garnish the mutton with chopped coriander.
