Ingredients

  1. 250 gmchicken pieces
  2. 2onions
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 4green chillies
  5. 2 tbspGinger crushed
  6. 2 tbspGarlic crushed
  7. 1 Pinchred food colour
  8. to tasteSalt according
  9. 1 tspKashmiri red chilli
  10. 2 tbspchicken masala
  11. 1 tspGaram Masala
  12. 2bay leaves
  13. 3Cloves
  14. 3-4Peppercorns
  15. 4 tbspghee
  16. 4 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash chicken and marinate with salt and turmeric

  2. 2

    Now fry in hot ghee keep aside

  3. 3

    Now in a pan heat ghee,add whole spices,saute ginger,garlic

  4. 4

    Add onion paste and other spices with food colour

  5. 5

    Add toma to puree and cocer the lid

  6. 6

    Check if ghee is floating on surface u xan add chicken and set consistancy of gravy by addi g water if needed

  7. 7

    Cook for 10 minutes on low flame with a lid.
