Ingredients

  1. 750 grammutton
  2. 4-5onions chopped
  3. 3 tbspnginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 3 tbspnred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspCoriander cumin powder
  8. Oil as required
  9. Whole spices
  10. 1Bay leaf
  11. 2Cinnamon
  12. 2Cloves

Cooking Instructions

    In cooker add washed mutton, chopped onion,haldi,salt and ginger garlic paste stir and add 3 to 4 cups of water close cooker. Give 9 to 10 whistles.

    Open cooker mutton is soft.

    In pan put oil add whole spices chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, haldi, dhaniajeera powder, garammasala stir til oil floats add boiled mutton cook till thick.serve hot
