Ingredients

  1. 500 gRice
  2. 100 gIru
  3. 250 gTomato Puree
  4. 15 gSpices
  5. 1/2 CupOil for frying
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. CubesSeasoning 2

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice with salt,drain,set aside.

    Heat oil in a pot,add oil,stir fry onions,iru and pepper for 2mins on low heat,add tomato puree,stir fry 3mins,add stock and Lil water,bring to boil,add rice

    When it boils,taste to adjust with seasoning,spices, salt,add Lil more water on low heat till soft,enjoy with protein and vegy of choice
