Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong dal /Yellow lentil
  2. 1 cuppalak
  3. 1 teaspoonGhee
  4. 1 pinchHing
  5. 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  6. 1teaspoonTurmeric powder
  7. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  8. 1 teaspoonRed Chili powder
  9. 1 teaspoonAmchoor powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1green chili chopped
  12. 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  13. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl.Add moong dal wash & soak for 5 minutes in water.

    Take palak & wash & chopped. Mix in dal.

  3. 3

    Take a cooker.Add moong dal & spinach& water. Add salt & Turmeric powder.

  4. 4

    Close cooker & take 2/3 whistle. Open cooker. Chek cook dal.add garammasal amchoor powder.

  5. 5

    Take a tadaka pan heat & add ghee hing cumin seeds & redchili powder.add green chili chopped.

  6. 6

    Take a pan add dal & pour tadaka.

  7. 7

    Add Lemon juice. Ready Moong dal palak.Serve with roti & rice.
