Ingredients

  1. 2Frozen udon noodle
  2. 20 gramsButter
  3. 1as much (to taste) Finely chopped green onions
  4. 1as much (to taste) Dashi soy sauce
  5. 1as much (to taste) Grated cheese
  6. 1Shredded nori seaweed
  7. 1 pinchPepper

Cooking Instructions

    Place the butter on a plate.

  2. 2

    Cook the frozen udon noodles for about 1 or 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Once the noodles have cooked, put them in the dish with the butter.

  4. 4

    Mix gently to combine with butter, then sprinkle the grated cheese.

  5. 5

    Add the shredded nori, chopped green onions and pepper, and pour in the dashi soy sauce.
