I wanted to eat miso ramen, but only had udon noodles, so I made this dish and it was delicious!

You can add bean sprouts. Season with ra-yu or shichimi spice. Adjust the seasonings to taste. Recipe by Akkorin mama

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1serving Udon noodles
  2. 100 gramsPork (or bacon)
  3. 3 tbspCorn kernels
  4. 1/2 tbsp● Weipa (or Chinese soup stock)
  5. 1 tbspor less ● Miso
  6. 1/3 tbspSoy sauce
  7. 300 mlWater
  8. 1 clove● Garlic (grated)
  9. 1 tbspButter
  10. 1Green scallion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Saute the pork in the pan with oil (not listed). When the pork is cooked, add the corn kernels, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Add the ● seasonings in the pan and skim the scum as it rises. Once it has boiled, add the udon noodles and butter.

  3. 3

    Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle finely chopped scallion and sesame seeds on top, and it's done!
