Ingredients

  1. 1serving frozen udon noodles
  2. 1/4onion (sliced)
  3. 1little carrot (julienned)
  4. 3-4sausages
  5. 1 packetbonito flakes
  6. Optional: aonori (seaweed flakes)
  7. Optional: pickled ginger
  8. 1 1/2 tablespoonsnoodle sauce (3x concentrated)
  9. 1little sesame oil (for frying)
  10. 1little pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the vegetables and sausages.

    Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the sliced ingredients.

    Defrost the frozen udon noodles in the microwave.
