Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2packs Udon noodles
  2. 100 gramsPork (or bacon, ham, wiener sausages...anything goes)
  3. 1/2Carrot
  4. 1/4Onion
  5. 100 grams○ Bean sprouts
  6. 1 dash○ Chinese chives
  7. 100 mlWater
  8. 1 1/2 tsp△ Dashi stock granules
  9. 2 tspSoy sauce
  10. 1as much (to taste) Butter (optional)
  11. 1Bonito flakes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut up the vegetables and meat into easy to eat pieces.

  2. 2

    Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir fry the meat and the ● ingredients over medium to high heat.

  3. 3

    When the onion is transparent, add the ○ ingredients and mix lightly.

  4. 4

    Add the water and udon noodles, and stir fry while de-tangling the noodles until there's very little moisture left in the pan.

  5. 5

    When there's just a little moisture left in the pan, add the △ ingredients and mix everything together. Turn off the heat, put in the butter and mix.

  6. 6

    Transfer to a serving plate, top with bonito flakes and aonori seaweed powder to taste and enjoy.
