Ingredients

  1. 2 packsudon noodles
  2. 5.3 oz (150 grams)pork
  3. 1/2carrot
  4. 1/2onion
  5. 1/2 packshimeji mushrooms
  6. 1/8cabbage
  7. 1little garlic (from a tube) → optional
  8. 1little salt and pepper
  9. as neededBonito flakes,

  12. 3 tablespoonsmirin
  13. 3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  14. 1 teaspoondashi stock powder

    Cut all the ingredients into bite-sized pieces, and separate the shimeji mushrooms. Mix the seasonings together. Microwave the udon noodles for 2 minutes.
