Easy and Delicious Soy Sauce-Based Yaki Udon

Cut all the ingredients into bite-sized pieces, and separate the shimeji mushrooms. Mix the seasonings together. Microwave the udon noodles for 2 minutes.

Heat oil (not listed in ingredients) and garlic in a frying pan. Once fragrant, add the pork and stir-fry.

Add the carrot, onion, cabbage, and shimeji mushrooms in that order, lightly season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry.

Once the onion and cabbage are tender, add the udon noodles and pour in the seasonings. Quickly mix everything together, and it's done!

Serve on a plate, top with bonito flakes, and enjoy!
