Ingredients

  1. 1Cup Whole Black Urad Dal
  2. 1/4Cup Kidney Beans
  3. 4Tomato Paste
  4. 2Finely Chopped Onion
  5. 2 TbspOf Ginger- Garlic Paste
  6. 1Bowl Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
  7. 1 TbspRed Chili Powder
  8. 1 1/2 TbspSalt
  9. 2 TbspCoriander Powder
  10. 1 TbspCumin Seed
  11. 1 TbspGaram Masala
  12. 4-5 TbspButter
  13. 2-3 TbspFresh Cream

Cooking Instructions

    Soak Dal and Kidney Beans overnight. The transfer in a pressure cooker and add 2 glass of water and 1tbsp salt and close the lid. Now keep on the gas and turn on the flame. Pressure cook Dal and after 1-2 whistle low the flame. And will pressure cook for another 2-3 whistle. Till the Dal pressure cooks.

    Then take a kadhai add 2 Tbsp ghee then add Cumin seed saute it. Then add onion saute it well till golden brown. Then ginger-garlic paste. Saute it nicely. Add tomato paste and mix it well. Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder. Mix it well.

    When tomatoes are cooked nicely add coriander leaves. Mix it well. Mixture is ready now.

    Then add Dal and mix very well. Let Dal come to a boil. The Dal is become nice and thick.

    Now add coriander powder, garam masala and mix well. The Dal is ready keep aside.

    Now take a tadka pan add 2 tbsp Butter to melt add 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder and add on the Dal. Now add coriander leaves.

    At last add 2-3 tbsp of fresh cream and mix well. Dal Makhani is ready to serve. And before serving add some butter and cream on the top for garnish.
