Simple Crunchy Cookies

I created this recipe for Valentine's Day. I wanted to make a large amount at a low cost, and I wanted to make something for everybody, even people who don't like sweets. Everybody loved it.
I usually use salted butter, but you can substitute with unsalted butter or margarine. You don't need to worry about the size of the egg!
Nothing needs to be measured precisely. This recipe is easy, so there are no hints!!! Recipe by HONOchoco

Beat the egg in the bowl, and mix well. You don't need to worry about the eggs separating!

Add cake flour, and fold in. Then knead the dough by hand. It's ok not to sift the cake flour.
- 4
Cut out shapes with cookie cutters.
- 5
Or cut into pieces with a knife.
- 6
If you are making refrigerator cookies, divide the dough into 2, and freeze for about 15 minutes.
- 7
Slice into about 4 ~ 5 mm and bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ / 340℉ for 16 minutes.
