Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 150 gramsTofu
  2. 200 gramsOnion
  3. 1/2 tspSalt
  4. 1/2 tspWhite sesame paste
  5. 1Soy milk
  6. 1/8 tspCurry powder
  7. 1Soy sauce
  8. 100 mlPanko
  9. 1Olive oil
  10. 1 tbspeach Ketchup, Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
  11. 1Tofu mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Drain excess water from the tofu.

    Finely mince the onion and sauté with olive oil.

  3. 3

    Add salt, soy sauce and white sesame paste to the onion. Turn off the heat when it's mixed.

    Put the tofu in a bowl and mash with a fork.

  5. 5

    Add the onion, panko and curry powder to the tofu. Then add an appropriate amount of soy milk and mix together. Form into 4 balls.

    Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, and fry the tofu hamburgers until both sides have browned.

    Mix Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce with ketchup and pour it over the hamburgers.
