Tomato Curry - Full of Beans

Since ready-made curry roux has a high-caloric content, I came up with a simple homemade curry.
When eating with kids, I reduce the amount of curry powder, then mix in grated apple to make the spice mild.
Or, you can increase the amount of honey.
Use meat and veggies of your choice. Recipe by noamanma

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mince the vegetables.
- 2
Heat 1.5 tablespoon oil in a pot, and cook the meat. When browned, stir in the wine.
- 3
Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add curry powder, flour, salt and pepper (not listed) and blend until the dry ingredients are well incorporated.
- 4
Add the ingredients marked with ✿, simmer for about 20 minutes, then serve.
- 5
"Izumiuna" garnished the curry generously with lettuce, cheese, and a sunny-side up.
- 6
I used a 400 g can of cut tomatoes and drained the water. That also worked well.
- 7
I also tried this recipe with a mound of summer vegetables such as zucchini, eggplant and new potatoes.

Delicious Tomato Curry with Ground Meat and Beans Delicious Tomato Curry with Ground Meat and Beans
When I couldn't bother to cook, I came up with this easy yet tasty curry without using a knife. You may only be able to find a packet of curry roux to make 8~10 servings. In that case, stick to 6 servings list of ingredients for half the packet and the 12 servings list for the whole packet. It doesn't take much time to cook as you use ground meat and canned mixed beans. I make 6 servings worth for two of us, and I use the rest to make doria (rice gratin). It's perfect for doria! Café-style Tomato Curry Café-style Tomato Curry
There was a curry like this served at a café I happened to go to. It was delicious, so I tried re-creating it at home.I really recommend letting this curry rest for a day before eating, since it will become richer and tastier even more than regular curry does.If you are going to eat the curry right after cooking it, use a little extra curry roux. If you are going to eat it the next day, just 70 g. The curry will have a more pronounced tart taste. Recipe by *ai* cookpad.japan -

Quick Dry Curry Starring Beans Quick Dry Curry Starring Beans
As I was using pre-cooked beans, I wanted to make something quick! So I chopped the vegetables finely and made dry curry. You can fully enjoy the beans as they are bigger than the other ingredients.Cut the onion, carrot and potato evenly into 5 mm cubes. It tastes nice with corn as well. I recommend using a scum-removal sheet. Using this sheet, you can remove the scum and excess fat easily as the ingredients are very small pieces. Add 2 blocks of curry roux to start, and one more block if it's needed. For 4 servings. Recipe by Muuko cookpad.japan -
Lentil and tomato curry, Indian style Lentil and tomato curry, Indian style
Recently summoned the courage to experiment with Indian spices and was pleased that the results were pretty tasty. I didn't strictly measure ingredients, sorry, so these are my best estimates (YMMV). Very easy to make, too, which is a huge plus. I served it with an improvised mixed raita of Greek yogurt, green onions, tomato, and mint, plus a frozen paratha that I revived in butter. Jon -
