Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfresh plums roughly chopped
  2. 1 cupwheat flour
  3. 1/2 cupoil preferably olive
  4. 1//4 cup honey
  5. 1/4 cupsugar
  6. 1/2 cupmilk
  7. 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  8. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  9. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  10. Few slices of plums for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 160 C.
    Grease tin and line with greaseproof paper.

    In a bowl mix oil, milk, honey and vanilla extract. Set aside

    Sieve the flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl add the chopped plums into the flour mix. 
Add in the wet ingredients to the flour mix with a spatula.

    Pour into the greased tin. Tap and spread the batter evenly.
    Gently press the sliced plums into the batter. 
Place this into the preheated oven and bake for 30 to 40minutes.

    Check with a toothpick in the centre to check if its cooked. If it comes out clean remove from oven and allow it to cool completely before removing from the tin.

My strong point is making sweet dishes and innovating new dishes. I can improvise and be creative in leftover dishes.I love being on Cookpad because I can share and learn new recipes. I have also made a lot of friends.
