I stumbled upon this flavor by mixing together some seasonings while relying on my intuition!

Since this is pretty easy, I don't have any hints in particular.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2Onion
  2. 1 cloveGarlic
  3. 4 tbsp◆Sake
  4. 4 tbsp◆Soy sauce
  5. 1 tbsp◆Vinegar
  6. 2 tsp◆Sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Grate the onion. Try to include the tiny, leftover portion that's hard to grate as well. Mince it and add it to the bowl with the rest of the grated onion.
