Cooking Instructions

    Peel potato dice to your desire shape and wash, Sprinkle some salt and fry in a hot oil and set aside

    In a pan add in oil, add onion and saute, add your chicken, garlic powder and ginger powder stir then cover the pan for 5mnt

  3. 3

    Add crush Scotch bonnet and pepper then add all your spices and carrot stir until well combine then add in some boiled water and allow it to cooked

  4. 4

    Add fried potatoes and stir well, add in dark soy sauce and green pepper stir cover and let it steam for 5mt. Serve and enjoy 😋😋😋
