  2. chinese salt
  3. 1 kgboneless chicken🐔
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 cupcube cut capsicum
  6. 1 cuponions cubes
  7. 5.6medium sized tomatoes paste
  8. 3.4 table spoonketchup
  9. 3.4 tbsp chilli garlic
  10. 1 tbspsalt
  11. 1 table spooncrushed chiili powder
  12. half teaspoonturmeric powder
  13. 1 tablespoonhoney
  14. 3 table spoonsugar
  15. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  16. Fried rice
  17. 3 cupboiled rice
  18. 4.5julienne cutting 🥕
  19. 4.5julienne cutting capsicums
  20. Halfcup peas
  21. 4.5chopped spring onions
  22. 3.4eggs for omelette
  23. Pinchyellow food colour
  24. 1 tablespoonblack, white pepper, Chinese salt
  25. 3 tblspoon of chilli soy sauce and white vinegar for Layers
  26. 1medium julienne cutting cabbage

Cooking Instructions

    Put a tablespoon oil in a pan.saute julienne cutting ginger in it.add chicken saute it for 5 mins.add ginger garlic paste.when chicken water dries add salt,crushed chilli powder and turmeric.after 15 mins add sugar too

    Add tomatoes 🍅paste.cover it for 15 mins

    Add soy sauce and honey.

    Add cubic capsicum and onions. Fry for 5 mins

    Add chili garlic and ketchup.season it with salt black and white pepper and Chinese salt

    Cover for 5 mins.when chicken is soft and tender.cook until required consistency

    Meanwhile Prepare Chinese fried rice.cut carrots 🥕, capsicums,cabbage in a julien cutting of 1 inch.peel peas,cut spring onions.take oil in a pan.fry all veggies for 5 mins.add salt chinese salt black and white pepper.when all veggies looks crunchy and changes its coulur.turn the flame off.its time to layer up rice.

    Prepare omlette for rice.beat eggs add salt pepper spring onions and a yellow food colour.cut in pieces.Meanwhile Boil rice.now put 1 table spoon oil.1st add rice then put all veggies then omelet. add Chinese salt black white pepper and spread one spoon of soy,chilli and white vinegar on it.repeat layers.if needed.put on dum for 15 mins
