I tried using it to make some curry and it came out delicious.

If you're preparing just 1 serving, please use a small frying pan. If using a large frying pan, please increase the amount of water.
If making 2 servings, increase the cooking time.
I used the medium-spicy yakiniku sauce, but you can use the spicy type if you want spicy curry. You can also try Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce to change up the flavor. Recipe by Tetsuamru

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 tbspYakiniku sauce
  2. 1/2 mediumOnion (minced)
  3. 100 gramsGround pork
  4. 1 1/2 tspCurry powder
  5. 1rounded tablespoon Plain flour
  6. 1 tbspMiso
  7. 1 tbspTomato ketchup
  8. 200 mlCold water or hot water
  9. 1Salt and pepper
  10. To Boost the Flavor
  11. 1/4 stalkCelery (minced, leaves included)
  12. 1rounded tablespoon Green peas (frozen)
  13. 1 dash*Garam Masala (optional)
  14. 1 dash*Cardamon (powder, optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare all of the ingredients so that they are ready to use.

    Cook the minced onion and ground pork in a heated frying pan. (If everything is prepared at this time, you can add the celery to change the flavor). Once cooked, add the yakiniku sauce and the curry powder. Cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and stir in the flour well.

    Dissolve the miso in the water and add to the frying pan from Step 2. Simmer over medium-low heat for 2 minutes. At this point, add the ketchup and green beans (if necessary). Lastly, season with salt, pepper, and the * ingredients (if prepared) to adjust the flavor.
