Egg and Tomato Stir-fry with Sweet Chili Sauce
I wanted to come up with a simple dish for dinner using sweet chili sauce. You can just chop up the tomato if you like, but I cut it into wedges to enjoy their fresh flavor. Don't stir fry the tomato for too long.Have you tried sweet chili sauce? It's a bit sour, sweet, and just a bit spicy. I'm addicted to it. It's ok for kids too if you adjust the amount!! I've really been into sweet chili sauce recently, and I use it to flavor chikuwa fish sticks and wiener sausages for bentos too. For 3 servings. Recipe by salada mama

Slow cooker Sauce or Chili
I had some ground pork and I wanted to see how it would taste in my sauce. We ate it as chili. Froze some for future date. Saved some for tonights dinner. Plan to add elbow macaroni to it and top it with cheese. I hope you enjoy the recipe.

Egg sauce

Chicken with Honey Curry Sauce
Something easy and tasty for dinner.

Chicken Breast in Green Sauce
With this sauce, I once prepared it with shredded turkey as well. I would have my meal ready a day in advance so that when I got home from work, I just needed to heat it up. My son was 12 years old and it was a struggle to get him to eat. That day, when I got home from work, I was surprised to find that he and one of my nephews who was visiting had eaten all the food. My husband and I were left with nothing. My late father used to say, 'Make that meal more often,' 😂😂. So, here's to my son (Roge) and my nephew Miguel, this meal is for them.

Ravioli in Alfredo Sauce
I had a family size bag of ravioli in the freezer that was forgotten for a minute. I forgot to thaw anything for dinner. Go me. Story of my freakin life. We needed a change from marinara. I whipped this together in the time it took the hubs to take the grandkids home, about 30 minutes. As my granddaughter says,”it was deeewishus”! This isn’t authentic by any stretch but it was really good. Also, there’s none left lol

Simple, Elegant, Authentic Meat Sauce
I asked for input from my husband and finally came up with something good. I wrote this down from memory.I always make a lot and freeze it.About 6-7 ladles' worth!-In Step 1, if you have the time cook the vegetables slowly.-Use whatever amounts of ketchup and Worcestershire-style sauce you like. I always just make visual estimates, so I just wrote down generally what I remembered.-Use flour to give it a thickness. Adjust as necessary depending on the amount of moisture. Recipe by Manamaron. Yields enough to fill one small saucepan.

Chicken and Noodles with Pumpkin Sauce
The original recipe was paleo friendly, something I don't need. With a few changes for my preferred taste I made something awesome.

Crockpot Meatballs And Sauce
You can have it with noodles or rice.* I'm not sure how to link recipes but there is a meatball recipe on my page which is what I used for this recipe. You can use your own recipe for meatballs or ready made*

Meatball Soup with an Egg-Lemon Sauce (Giouvarelakia me Augolemono)
My mom asked me yesterday what I was thinking of posting for my next recipe this week, I had decided that I was going to make Giouvarelakia – Greek Meatball Soup. We had taken out all the ingredients, set them on the counter, but before I could start cooking I had a few things to do. When I finally went to the kitchen, to my surprise my mom went ahead and did everything from combining the ingredients to cooking the soup.. So, this means I have no other pictures than the featured image to show how this is prepared. I do apologise. 🙂This is a lovely, warm winter soup that combines beef, rice, dill and many more ingredients, that will satisfy that hungry feeling when your coming in from the cold. It has been rather cold here and what else better to eat than soups. 🙂 This one though is different because it also has that tasty addition of lemon juice which just gives each spoonful a WOW taste. (I was going to write a WOW factor but I think that would be a bit too much) hahahaI hope you enjoy this lovely soup recipe 😉

It was perfect for my chicken parmesana, so authenic, simple and delicious.

Tofu and mushrooms in ginger and oyster sauce
My wife long ago figured out that the best way to get me to cook something I don't necessarily want to is to challenge me. That was the case with tonight's dinner. She innocently requested that I ask my mom to make her tofu in oyster sauce dish. What? Did you forget who you live with, woman? Even though I'm not a tofu fan, I immediately set out to make tofu in oyster sauce for my wife. I'm such a puppet.

AMIEs SARCIADONG ISDA(fish with egg sauce)
SARCIADONG ISDA literally translates to "Fish with egg sauce". Fried fish is simmered in a sauce that is usually composed of tomatoes,.eggs and onions; some seasoning are also added to enhance the flavor. This simple and healthy recipe also works well with leftover fried fish that you had last night for dinner into a very tasty and healthy dinner or lunch meal.

Sweet Potato Boats with Cream Cheese Sauce with Mint and Lime
I saw this recipe on Lifo and made it with some variations!!I was looking for something to do with leftover sweet potatoes!!Personally, I hadn't worked much with sweet potatoes and realized I was missing out!!Fantastic taste, especially combined with ground beef and cheese, it's AMAZING!!The only thing to watch out for is baking the potatoes, which takes a while but is worth it!!

Pepper sauce
I went to visit my friend and she taught me how to prepared this. It was yummy!

Meat Sauce
This is my go-to meat sauce. It works great for pasta, or to top French Fries.

Brown Sugar Sauce
I was confused with my previous review lol I use the brown sugar sauce to drizzle over my carmel sundae cake. I made the rum sauce for my christmas pudding and i like to put both rum and vanilla extract in it for a smooth and not overpowering rum flavour. Yum Yum !

Fried Pompano W/ Fresh Tomato Fish Sauce | Cá Chiên Sốt Cà
One of my favorite Vietnamese home comfort food! This dish brings back nostalgic memories of when mom used to cook dinner for our big family of 8. I remember never liking fish when I was little, but this dish made me took a liking to it. I realized that it’s not fish that I don’t like, it’s the way it’s prepared that I was picky about. This is a crispy fried fish with a sweet, sour, and savory sauce that’s full of color, flavor, freshness and umami.

Sweet and Sour Sauce for Egg Foo Yong
Ever since I was a child, I liked to putter around in the kitchen. Sometimes I watched my late mom cooking. Most of the time she asked me to do this and that. I can still hear her voice telling me to peel or chop something. Growing up, I was blessed with a warm family and a home full of delicious dishes. My mother was always cooking something. Spicy rendang, stir-fry, seafood dishes, oh, how I'the love to return to that state of bliss when my parents were still alive and we could have a normal dinner together, chatting about mundane stuff.I am grateful for those memories. Now I am passing them to my kids. They are no stranger in the kitchen and in a way I am happy because my mother would love this.I learned (and am still learning) cooking by trial and error. The internet has opened my eyes to plenty of food around the world, but sometimes I yearn for the familiar, like this sweet and sour sauce. Being an Asian, we naturally collect tomato and chili sauce sachets from take-outs so we always have some around the house.#givingthanks

Shrimp in shrimp sauce
The girlfriend asked me to cook her something prawn-y for our anniversary dinner so I came up with this. It came out well enough for her to ask for it two nights in a row so I figure it's good enough to share (the side dish is a baked polenta round with melted goat cheese).

Flame Thrower Jalapeño Hot Sauce
I had a ton of jalapeño peppers. I needed to do something with them.

Linguini with fresh Tomato Sauce (Makaronia Me Tomata Salsa)
This recipe has been sitting in my draft box for a while now, but for some reason I really never got around to making it. Today, it’s very cold and at the moment it’s snowing and I don’t want to make soup, so I decided on this delicious pasta dish which will work just fine. New Year Eve seems to getting closer, and I still haven’t planned out the New Year Eve Menu not really sure what it is I want to make 😦 but one thing I do know for sure is we will be making the classic Greek Cake Vasilopita.During the holidays we tend to make too much food and this means too many leftovers. This year there was wayyy to much leftovers than previous years, the reason as you all know was due to the fact of the passing of our dog Marka, no one really had a appetite for eating big…:( Life must go on and so it will as the New Year approaches.I hope you enjoy this delicious pasta dish not to many ingredients and very quick to make. 🙂

Shrimp sauce
I don't really have to story for this sauce, i kind of thought of making it out craving for shrimps

Pan seared lemon pepper salmon w/ citrus yogurt sauce
Something that was different to me. Trying to eat a little healthier now and then! #cooksohard

Tomato Sauce
I learned this while I was abroad. This is an easy version that's light on the oil. It's a simple and delicious all-purpose sauce with no frills!Be sure not to burn the garlic when cooking it. You can make various versions by adding meat, vegetables, white sauce, sour cream, curry powder, etc. If you want to have a thicker sauce, you can add some katakuriko potato starch to adjust the thickness. Chicken Satay in Spicy Peanut Butter and Coconut Sauce

Chicken in Worcestershire Sauce
It's time to return to healthy eating, low in carbohydrates and calories. This recipe was given to me many years ago by a dear aunt. She used to make it with bone-in legs and thighs, but I prefer it with boneless chicken breast pieces. Her recipe was more by feel, but here I list my preferred measurements. It's a very tasty, easy, hearty, and nutritious recipe.
