Good for Bento: Maitake Mushrooms and Cheese Meat Roll

I make this when I am out of ideas for what to put in my bento.
Be careful not to take away too much of the grease and the water to prevent the taste from getting too overwhelming.
Thinly sliced pork belly is soft it matches the cheese well, but I recommend you use meat that has a less fat since you are using cheese too. Recipe by @LECHE

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Lay the thinly sliced pork so that the sides of the meat overlap. Break up the shiitake mushrooms into 4. Cut the cheese into 4 slices as well. Mix all the ◎ ingredients.
- 2
Put the maitake mushrooms and cheese on the near side and sprinkle some flour. (I use a sieve for tea to sprinkle the flour.)
- 3
Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat and place them in the pan with the wrapped edges of the pork on the bottom. Fry it for about 1 minute without touching or moving it around and then roll them in the pan and fry throughly.
- 4
Pour some sake in the pan and put a lid on over low heat (for about 1 minute). Take off some excess oil if you mind and add ◎ in.
- 5
Simmer it for a while, add the vinegar, and then turn off the heat in about 10 seconds. Cut them into any size you'd like and enjoy.

Japanese-style Meat Rolls with Fish Sausage - For Bentos Japanese-style Meat Rolls with Fish Sausage - For Bentos
I came up with this for a recipe contest.- Cut to a size that fits your bento boxes. I used pork slices that were left over from when I made shabu-shabu.- Very thinly sliced meat for shabu-shabu is best because it's easy to roll and keeps its shape.- When you add the flavourings, cook quickly on medium-strong to strong heat. The meat should ideallybe just a bit charred.- For the shiro-dashi, you can use stock granules dissolved in hot water. Recipe by Makitoin cookpad.japan -
