This soup was soo easy and quick; I use smoked chicken as my protein 😋😋 very perfect with hot yellow eba.
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, pour blended onion and mix your blended Egusi with the onion purée;

Heat up palm oil and once it’s hot, pour in blended pepper mix and stir fry for 5 to 7 minutes

Add smoked chicken and crayfish, stir for another 3 to 5 minutes, add knorr cube and little salt, stir and taste and ashy your spices if necessary

Using a spoon, scope in Egusi/onion mix as lumps into your pepper mix and cover pot for another 5 mins,

Stir to make sure it doesn’t get burnt, add in 1/2 cup of meat stock or water; make sure to add in little water or stock at a time.

Add Uziza leaf and ugu leave; and turn off heat. Stir Serve with hot yellow eba

I sprawled out on the dining room floor and “read” the comic section of the newspaper. My mother brought me a bowl of chicken soup. I ate it on the floor. I was oblivious to my mother’s questions. I just enjoyed my soup.Chicken soup was a staple at our home when I was growing up. At weddings a fancy version was served which was very clear and contained very fine Polish kluski, or noodles. I have since learned that the Poles do not call what we know as noodles, kluski, but reserve the word for dumplings. But in our house, all noodles were kluski.
