Ingredients

40 minutes
6 Persons
  1. Enough Already Cooked Goat Meat
  2. Goat Meat stock
  3. 500 galready Cooked and blended Ede(Cocoyam) as a thickner
  4. Halfpainter full of Uturupka leaves
  5. Some handful of Uziza leaves
  6. Cord Okporoko (already cooked)
  7. Dried Fish (already parboiled)
  8. 2 tablespoonsOgiri Igbo
  9. 3Maggi dtar
  10. 5 tablespoonsground crayfish
  11. 20 clred oil
  12. Fresh bonnet pepper(blended)
  13. 4 glasseswater
  14. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your uturupka leaves and Uziza leaves separately. Allow the water to drain out completely. Slice the Uziza into tiny sizes, but the uturupka should be sliced into two. Keep them aside in different bowls.

    In your cooking pot, pour the water and your meat stock. Bring to a boil. Add your red oil and the blended Cocoyam. Stir very well while you allow it to boil and disolve completely. Add your Okporoko and dried fish and stir again. Allow to cook for 1 minute.5

    Pour your already cooked goat meat and stir. Add your Maggi, salt to taste, Ogiri Igbo, crayfish and pepper. Allow to cook for 4 minutes.

    Pour the Uziza leaves first and cook for another 1 minute. Finally, add the uturupka leaves. Cover your pot and allow to simmer for 3 minutes. Your soup is ready

    Serve with Fufu, Eba, Semo or wheat and enjoy 😋😋😋
