Vegetable Soup Vegetable Soup
I love soups. When making anything, I try to use as much fresh as possible. Especially Vegetables. Vegetable soup is one of my favorites. I would love to be able to always have it made so I could grab a soup mug or bowl full whenever I like. I always make 5-7 quarts of soup. I keep some out, place some in sandwich Ziplock baggies. This baggy makes one full bowl of soup. Candis Brooks -

Sweet Miso Mushroom Soup (Dairy-Free, Gluten-free, Vegan) Sweet Miso Mushroom Soup (Dairy-Free, Gluten-free, Vegan)
I love mushrooms! Especially mushroom soup but the ones sold outside are usually made with cream or added flours.Instead of that, I used instant oats to thicken the soup, really creamy and adds a nice smooth flavour. I used fresh shiitake and Swiss brown mushrooms here. But any variety of mushrooms work! Gem
