Cooking Instructions

Wash and cut chicken,set aside.

Add sliced onion, ginger paste, curry, salt,thyme and seasoning to the chicken, mix

Marinate for 30 minutes and then boil the chicken until tender.

Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown

Grind tomato,habareno, onion together
- 6
In a pan add little oil add in the grinded mixture,pour in little amount of the chicken broth add little seasoning if required. Stir fry until the oil settles at top

Add in fried chicken together with chopped green pepper and stir well allow to simmer for few minutes on low heat.

Serve!
