Ingredients

  1. 1 cupyellow Moong Dal
  2. 1-2Green chili/
  3. 1/2 tspor minced green chili
  4. 2 tbspchopped cilantro/coriander/dhania leaves
  5. 1chopped onion
  6. as neededsalt
  7. 1/4 tspginger chopped
  8. 3/4 tspbaking soda or eno1/2tsp red chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak dal for 2 hours

  2. 2

    Rinse well and grind with ginger and green chili or add minced ginger and green chilies to ground dal

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion and cilantro/coriander leaves/dhania n add red chilli powder n salt.

    Heat Appe pan and put few drops of oil in each cavity,let oil in the cavities heat

    Add Eno to the batter and immediately put a small amount into the Appe pan.

    Cover and cook on both sides till golden.

    Serve with chutney or ketchup
