    Parboil the rice with oil. Rinse with cold water

    Heat the oil in a pot add the spring onion garlic,ginger and meat let it fry for some time then add your thyme

  3. 3

    Add seasoning and spices.

  4. 4

    Pour the Parboiled rice and mix
    Then add chopped vegetables and stir thoroughly. Cover to meat let it fry for some time then up 3 minutes.
