  1. 1small pack cous cous
  2. 1/2kilo minced meat
  3. Vegetable oil
  4. Salt
  5. cubeBuillion
  6. leavesMoringa
  7. Onion
  8. Attaruhu
  9. Handfulgroundnut

Cooking Instructions

    Wet your cous cous slightly with water then put in your steamer together with groundnut and steam

    In a saucepan, pour your vegetable oil. Saute your sliced onions. Add minced meat and chopped attaruhu.Season to taste. Stir fry till minced meat is brown and well cooked.

    Get a pot. Add your steamed cous cous. Add your minced meat. Add washed and clean moringa leaves and spring onions. Season to your taste with salt and buillion cubes. Stir thoroughly.

    Put back on low flame and allow to simmer. Serve and enjoy.
