Ingredients

20-30 minutes
6-8 servings
  1. 2 bagsspinach
  2. 2-3 cmilk (I eyeball it)
  3. 1/2 cwater
  4. 1-2 tbspOnion flakes or powder
  5. 1 1/2 tspKnorr pollo seasoning (the secret ingredient)
  6. Lawrys season salt to taste
  7. 1lot of American or Mozzarella cheese or both 🤷🏼‍♀️
  8. 1blender 😆

Cooking Instructions

    1. Blend water, onion flake/powder and spinach until smooth.

    2. Add this mixture to a pot, med/hi.

    3. When it starts to boil start adding your milk. I eyeball this part. You want it runny but not as runny as water. Think a smidge thicker than chicken noodle soup.

    4. Turn down heat to med/low and add your cheese and seasonings. Combine until cheese melts completely. Do a taste test, add more seasoning until it’s to a flavor you like. Add probably about 6 American cheese slices and 1 1/2 c of shredded mozzarella. I usually do a combo of them both. It really boils down to flavor and what makes you like it. Enjoy! Tweak it til ya love it
