My husband loves bitter leaf soup so much🍛 So I decided to make it for him on his return from travelling. He enjoyed it & keeps asking for more😀
Cooking Instructions

Cut the bitter leaves into small sizes. Wash properly to reduce the bitterness. Drain & keep aside.

Put a pot on a flame & add vegetable oil, grated pepper, scot bonnet with onions and fry.

Add meat stock then your grinded groundnut. Add curry, spices & seasoning. Cover the pot & allow to boil for some minutes or till the grinded groundnut becomes soft.

Add the washed bitter leaf & your meat. Allow to cook for some minutes. Your soup is ready😋
