Ingredients

  1. White rice (shinkafan tuwo)
  2. Water
  3. White leather for packaging

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the white rice and drain

  2. 2

    Place a pot of water on flame and allow to boil. Add the washed rice and cook till soft. Allow the water to dry up then mash with a wooden spatula. You can add warm or boiled water to adjust thickness.

    I used nylon to mould mine. Serve with any soup of your choice.
