  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1 table spoonyeast
  3. 1 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1big egg
  5. 1/4 sachetbutter
  6. 1 table spoonmilk
  7. 1 cupwarm water
  8. 2 table spooncinnamon powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all your dry ingredient in a bowl flour 4cups, sugar 1cup, milk 1tbsp and yeast 1tbsp

    In your mix dry ingredient add 1 egg, 1cups of warm water and mix it well to acheive your dough

    Add 1/4 sachet of butter to your dough and knead for 15min to acheive a good result

  4. 4

    Cover the dough and allow it to rest for 30mins

  5. 5

    Mix your cinnamon powder with the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar

  6. 6

    Make your dough flat and spread the cinnamon mixture all over

  7. 7

    Roll it as if you are rolling a mat

  8. 8

    Cut it into your desire size but not too big arange them in a pan not close to each other and allow it to rest for 20mins

  9. 9

    Put it in the oven and bake for 10 to 15mins

    Ready to serve to with tea or juice 🤤 and you can also spread some wipped cream or evaporated milk with icing sugar ☺️😁
