Simple and Nutritious! Lettuce and Baby Sardine Stir-fry Simple and Nutritious! Lettuce and Baby Sardine Stir-fry
Instead of eating the baby sardines as is, I decided to stir-fry them with some lettuce, adding a combination of seasonings as I went.Be careful not to overcook the lettuce. For optimal tastiness, it should be briskly stir-fried to preserve the crispy texture. So simple and easy, I'm not sure whether this can even be called a recipe, (or it may even already be posted), but here's another tasty combo: Stir-fry garlic and red chili peppers until aromatic, then add baby sardines and salt, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
