  1. 3/4Rice wrappers
  2. 2Capsicum
  3. 2carrot
  4. 1onion
  5. 5-10Garlic cloves
  6. 2 spoonsCornflour

  10. 4 spoonsGreen chillies
  11. 1/2 spoonsoya sauce

    Take 1 rice wrapper. Cut it into 4 squares.

    Add oil to pan put it on low flame. Now add finely chopped onion, garlic.

    Now add julienne of capsicum, carrot. add salt 1 spoon.

    Now add sauces. Cover it and cook it on low flame for 10 minutes.

    Now full this stuffing in rice wrappers.

    Mix cornflour, maida, water. make a thick paste.

  7. 7

    Seal it with this paste.

  8. 8

    Deep fry it. Serve it with Schezwan sauce.
