One of the most simple and most delicious stir fry or subji recipe is jeera aloo or cumin tempered stir fried potatoes.
Potatoes and cumin is a delicious and very flavour for combination. This subji goes well with rotis, parathas, rice or puris. Another way is to make sandwich filling of the subji and grill the sandwich. It is also a fasting recipe and can be served with sago khichdi or sama rice . Gives high energy too Enjoy!
I would like to thank Kalpana Rai ji for her delicious recipe which I recreated.
