  1. Couscous (cooked)
  2. 2palms full of tree spinach
  3. Plain tomato sauce
  4. Lightly fried onions
  5. Smoked fish or any other proteins

    Wash and boil the tree spinach for about 15 to 20 minutes, this is to remove the hydrocyanic acid in the vegetable, drain and squeeze out excess water.

    Let cool and chop as desired.

    Add the protein to the sauce, cook until tender and finally add the tree spinach, simmer for about 2mins

    Serve with couscous or any other carbohydrates of your choice, I love onions, the sweetness it adds to this dish is to die for.😋
