Ingredients

  1. 1 largeBell pepper any color cut in half from top to bottom and cleaned
  2. 2 cupprepared couscous
  3. 1 cupcanned diced tomatoes with juice
  4. 1/2 cupcorn
  5. 1/4 smallonion, chopped
  6. 1link Italian sausage or brat cooked and out of casing chopped
  7. 1 dashgarlic powder
  8. 1/4 tspItalian seasoning
  9. 1 cupsharp cheddar shredded

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 375°F.

  2. 2

    Place bell pepper halves in microwave for 2 minutes on high heat. Place half of the cheese in the bottoms of the pepper halves

  3. 3

    Place pepper into a casserole dish or oven safe dish

  4. 4

    Combine all other ingredients and stuff pepper halves then top with remaining cheese and bake for approximately 30 minutes (or desired tenderness)
