In a clean pot put reasonable amount of water and veg oil and allow to boil then add the cous cous stir it and take it down from the fire so that the stem will soften it.

Feel the irish, dice it and boil it with pich of salt
Cut the cabbage and wash it - 3
In a clean pot or pan put vegetable oil and your grated pepper 🌶 and onions and stir fry

Then add your seasoning and spices to your test and stir

Now put the boiled potatoes and cabbage stir and cover it and allow to cook for 4-5mins

Fry thinly sliced white onion in olive oil. Add your beef strips and cook till brown on medium heat. In the meantime prepare your peanut sauce.
