Cooking Instructions

In a sauce pan or deep pan add in carrots and stir, do not add oil yet.
Keep tossing until about to grill then add in slice onion 1/2 the quantity and keep the rest. - 2
Add oil and and stir then add cauliflower. Before adding the chicken breast mix it with ginger and garlic and 1 Maggi chicken cube. Mix together and add to pan and keep stirring. Remember to keep the heat low

Now add scotch bonnet, mushrooms and then chopped parsley. Stir again to combine them all

Add green pepper and remaining spring onions. Then add water or broth and allow to simmer for 1 min. Now make a slurry with corn flour and add to surf and turf to add consistency and body to the sauce. Simmer again for seconds and serve to enjoy 😉.
