Ingredients

  1. Flour 1 and ½ cup
  2. 2Eggs
  3. Milk 2 tbsp powdered added to 1 cup of water
  4. Sugar 5 tbsp you can reduce if you don't like it too sweet
  5. Butter 3 tbsp melted
  6. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  7. Oil for frying
  8. 1 teaspoonSalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add flour, sugar, sugar, salt, baking powder and mix

  2. 2

    Beat egg and add it to the mix of flour then add the melted butter, now pour in the milk

    Mix all the ingredients together until it is well combined and have no lumps

  3. 3

    And make sure your batter is not sticky or too runny

    Spread oil to your pan and start frying

  4. 4

    Fry until golden brown on medium heat and turn the order side too

  5. 5

    Remove it when you get your desired colour

    It can be served with tea for breakfast or as fast food before lunch
