Ingredients

  1. 2&1/2 cup flour
  2. Butter for frying
  3. 1/2 cupSugar
  4. 3apples
  5. 1/4 cupoil
  6. 1/2 cupmilk
  7. 1 table spoonCinnamon
  8. 3eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Sift flour into a container add sugar & mix.

  2. 2

    In a separate container mix eggs & cinnamon, oil & milk.

  3. 3

    Preferably liquid milk if not available then mix 1/2 cup powdered milk & use.

  4. 4

    Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, add water & mix well taste for sweetness before frying & the thickness should be like that of a regular pancake.

    Peel & chop apples & add.

  6. 6

    Oil your pan with butter scoop some of the mixture & fry then flip after some minutes remove from pan when golden brown & repeat the process until batter finishes garnish with some honey & chopped apples.🥞🍎😋😋enjoy the goodness!!
