Debbie from Sainsbury’s marmite scrambled eggs

I just love when people give you recipe ideas because they know who you are and this is no exception when I bumped into “Debbie” who works at “Sainsbury’s” she knew of my articles in the local newspaper and suggested this recipe for scrambled eggs. Now I’ve cooked scrambled eggs from ideas I had from visiting places such as corfu, Las Vegas and New York but I never would have thought of this dish from “Northfield”

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Heat a pan with butter.
Mix your eggs with a touch of milk, Marmite and the cream cheese. - 2
Once the butter starts to froth add the egg mixture. Using a spatula stir the eggs from the side into the middle, removing the pan from the heat occasionally.
- 3
Now you can season to taste, don’t do this beforehand because of the marmite.
Serve with some toast, a garnish of rocket and a mug of tea.
Marmite…you either love or hate it…..I loved it.
