Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 1 cupbeans
  3. Meat optional
  4. Garlic
  5. Onion
  6. cubeSeasoning
  7. Alayyahu/ vegetable
  8. Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Blend pepper scotch bonnets onion and garlic

  2. 2

    Fry meat in oil and add blended paste in inthe meat and oil

  3. 3

    Stir often until water is strained

  4. 4

    Add water seasoning and daddawa cover and cook until meat is tender

  5. 5

    Add rice and cover let cook for 30minutes until it slightly starts to burn.
